ABOUT

Our founder started his computer fascination in 1982. 

 

Through the years he worked at many of the pioneering valley companies, start-ups, R&D and in 1999 launched his first IT service company.

In 2011 he realized the ability to install the physical network would allow much higher quality control and set out to persuade his eldest son to join with his vast experience of low voltage systems, building automation, and security to end up with what we have today.

Several years later we find ourselves in a fortunate position with 60 years of combined industry experience.

What makes us different than the others?

At the core, we are an information technology company. Why is this important? Because all systems run on a network. As Scott McNealy said, "The Network is the Computer".  We take this to heart and approach solutions from the bottom up or… network up.

To reach our goals we adhere to a strict methodology we call AAIM – Assess, Architect, Implement, and Maintain. To track the AAIM process, we employ industry-leading systems like Kaseya BMS, Zomentum, OvrC, and Connect Booster

A breakdown of our process is as follows;

ASSESS

Within the assessment phase, we will visit the site, review plans, and discuss with other trades your needs, vision, budget, and timeline.

ARCHITECT

Now that we have your requirements, we will take some time to create a fool-proof solution that is easy to understand, use, and caters to your possible future needs. There will be some back and forth in this phase as we zero in on requirements and seek to get a perfect picture and understanding of your needs.

IMPLEMENTATION

When an agreement is reached implementation will be handed over to the delivery team managed by our project management office (PMO) to ensure certain processes and procedures are followed ensuring a smooth and well-documented installation.

Depending on the size of the project we normally work on the product in our facility, assembling, configuring, and testing before we move to the site.

MAINTAIN & SUPPORT

When an agreement is reached implementation will be handed over to the delivery team managed by our project management office (PMO) to ensure certain processes and procedures are followed ensuring a smooth and well-documented installation.

Depending on the size of the project we normally work on the product in our facility, assembling, configuring, and testing before we move to the site.
